Open Positions within the Project Implementation Team

Project Manager

You coordinate ERP implementation projects from kick-off through to successful GoLive. Together with consultants, customers and internal teams, you manage planning, scope, communication and follow-up. Thanks to your strong organizational skills, complex implementations are delivered in a structured, efficient and customer-focused way.

Project Management Office Coordinator

You ensure that the entire project organization operates in a structured, efficient and controlled manner. You support consultants and project managers with planning, reporting, resource management and KPI monitoring, while helping build a high-performing international implementation organization.

Delivery Manager (GoLive Manager)

You oversee the bigger picture across the entire delivery organization and ensure implementations are successfully delivered. You coordinate consultants, project managers, schedules and priorities across multiple customers and projects, while safeguarding quality, capacity and customer satisfaction.

MultiPress Consultant

You guide customers through the implementation of MultiPress ERP software and provide training on estimating, planning, production workflows, CRM, inventory management and administrative processes. You help production companies operate more efficiently through smart ERP workflows.

DigiFlex Consultant

You support label and flexible packaging companies with specialized ERP processes related to estimating, planning, production management and workflow optimization. You combine software expertise with a strong understanding of complex production environments.

VG Seven Consultant

You guide customers through the implementation of our cloud-native VG Seven ERP software and support production, CRM, inventory and e-commerce workflows. You help companies further digitalize and automate their operational processes.

Chroma Consultant

You support book printers and specialized production companies in using Chroma ERP software. You guide users across a wide range of modules, including estimating, production management, planning and administrative workflows.

Unik Consultant

You guide customers using our Unik Web-to-Print platform through online ordering processes, e-commerce workflows, production automation and digital customer portals. You support users with online estimating, order flows, personalization, webshops and CRM processes.

You help customers work more efficiently through smart online ordering and production environments and actively contribute ideas around usability, automation and customer experience. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, web structures and digital workflows is a strong asset.

Functional Analyst

You analyze business processes and translate complex customer requirements into our ERP and workflow solutions. During workshops and Fit-Gap analyses, you map operational processes, automation requirements, bottlenecks and optimization opportunities and translate them into functional specifications for our consultancy and development teams.

You think logically, process-oriented and solution-focused, and understand how production, administration, CRM, estimating and workflow processes are interconnected. You combine analytical insight with strong communication skills and act as the bridge between the customer, business and technology.

Business Process Consultant

You guide print and production companies in analyzing, optimizing and digitalizing their operational processes. You map workflows related to estimating, order management, planning, production, logistics, administration and automation and help customers work more efficiently through smart ERP processes.

You contribute strategically to workflow optimization, operational efficiency and digital transformation, combining strong business insight with excellent communication skills.

Implementation Engineer

You manage the technical implementation and configuration of ERP, workflow and cloud environments for customers in Belgium and abroad. You support installations, deployments, updates, server configurations, cloud infrastructure, performance and technical troubleshooting.

You work closely with consultants, support and development teams and ensure that software environments remain stable, secure and high-performing within complex production and network infrastructures.

Workflow Automation Consultant

You help customers automate complex production, administrative and communication processes within their ERP and workflow environments. You analyze existing workflows and build smart automations around order processing, production flows, approvals, integrations, e-commerce, XML/JDF processes and touchless workflows.

You think in terms of processes, technology and solutions, helping companies operate more efficiently, faster and with fewer errors through advanced workflow automation and digital process optimization.

Integration Consultant

You guide integrations between ERP systems and external applications such as e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, shipping providers, accounting software, production hardware and cloud services.

You analyze data flows, API integrations and automation processes and help customers ensure their entire software ecosystem works together efficiently. Knowledge of APIs, middleware, XML/JSON, workflows and process automation is a strong asset.

Data Migration Specialist

You manage the migration of business data from existing software environments to new ERP platforms. You analyze data sources, perform data cleansing and support mapping, validation, import and conversion processes to ensure customers can start working with accurate, consistent and reliable data.

You work with precision, have a strong analytical mindset and understand how critical high-quality data is within ERP and production environments.

Product Specialist

You analyze intake discussions and translate customer requirements into convincing and personalized ERP solutions. You prepare demos, case studies, proof-of-concepts and workshops and support the commercial and functional analysis of new implementation projects.

You combine in-depth product knowledge with consultancy skills, business insight and strong presentation abilities, helping customers fully understand the added value of our software.

AI Workflow Specialist

You work on AI-driven automation and intelligent workflows within ERP and production environments. You help customers operate more efficiently through AI copilots, predictive workflows, smart process automation and AI-assisted business logic.

You analyze operational processes and translate them into innovative AI solutions that enhance productivity, automation and decision-making.

Solution Architect

You design scalable ERP, cloud and workflow architectures for complex production environments. You safeguard the technical coherence between ERP systems, integrations, infrastructure, automation and external applications and translate strategic customer requirements into future-proof software architectures.

You combine technical expertise with analytical thinking and understand how complex software ecosystems need to work together securely and efficiently.

Academy Consultant

You deliver classroom-based group training, workshops, webinars and hands-on training sessions covering ERP processes, workflow automation and software usage.

You help users accelerate their software knowledge and guide customers towards successful adoption of their ERP environment. You combine strong communication skills with process knowledge and get energy from sharing knowledge and coaching others.

Change Management Consultant

You guide companies through digital transformation and change processes involving ERP, workflow automation and process optimization.

You support user adoption, internal communication, training and organizational change to ensure new software environments are successfully integrated into the company’s day-to-day operations. You understand that successful implementations are not only about software, but above all about people, processes and change.

Head of Project Implementation Team

You lead the entire international implementation organization and oversee quality, staffing, methodology, customer satisfaction and delivery performance. You help build a scalable and innovative professional services organization.
