The job

• Become a true MultiPress expert after thorough training

• Act as the first point of contact for our clients and project managers

• Provide support to clients on a daily basis

• Listen attentively, analyse and offer solutions and MultiPress insights

• Carefully track incoming queries in our helpdesk software

• Spot opportunities, and share them with your colleagues

Your Profile

• You have a passion for ICT, 2 to 3 years of working experience with MIS/ERP software or MultiPress and a good knowledge of Windows & Apple Macintosh

• You are communicative, creative and have great analytical and problem-solving skills

• You can empathise with the customer's situation and know how to transfer your knowledge
